Payment:
All rates quoted are per week and inclusive of GST.
50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking (either by cheque or bank transfer).
The remaining 50% is payable by the first day of the month in which you are booked to arrive.
A booking fee of $50 is also payable.
A refundable security deposit of $3,000 is payable on payment of the 50% balance.
Cancellations made -
1 month prior to arrival date will result in 75% refund.
2 weeks prior to arrival date will result in 50% refund.
less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date, no refund unless house is re-let (less administration fees).General:
All linen (including three pool towels) and basic laundry and pantry items supplied.
Strictly: no smoking, no pets, no parties, no functions.
