25 June to 16 July (school holidays)	$3,500 per week
16 July to 17 Sept	$2,950 per week
17 Sept to 8 Oct (school holidays)	$4,250 per week
8 Oct to 23 Dec	$3,450 per week
23 Dec to 30 Dec	$7,500 per week
30 Dec to 6 Jan	$7000 per week
6 Jan to 21 Jan	$3,920 per week
21 Jan to 6 April	$3,050 per week
6 April to 14 April (Easter/school holidays)	$7000 per week

Payment:

All rates quoted are per week and inclusive of GST.

50% deposit to be paid at the time of booking (either by cheque or bank transfer).

The remaining 50% is payable by the first day of the month in which you are booked to arrive.

A booking fee of $50 is also payable.

A refundable security deposit of $2,000 is payable on payment of the 50% balance.
Cancellations made -

1 month prior to arrival date will result in 75% refund.

2 weeks prior to arrival date will result in 50% refund.

less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date, no refund unless house is re-let (less administration fees).

General:

All linen (including three pool towels) and basic laundry and pantry items supplied.

Strictly: no smoking, no pets, no parties, no functions.
